This project was to create a luxurious five bedroom house in a style which suits the neighbourhood and makes the most of a large and attractive site. The existing building had been extended and partially completed before being allowed to become dilapidated through neglect.

From residential extensions or renovations of existing houses to full conversions of out buildings and change of use of barns and stables or industrial buildings to residential use.

In recent years there has been a trend towards extending and/or
re-modeling homes in preference to moving house.

Most houses have some potential to be changed around to better suit the owner's lifestyle - whether it is to expand the role of the kitchen-dining area or adding an extra bedroom with en-suite to the loft space, or bringing a former outbuilding into the curtilage of the living area.

These projects can be large scale or relatively modest alterations, but the process must take into account the above activities and regulatory requirements.

This project was concerned with reorganizing a row of large Cheshire cottages to create two substantial houses, Installing new staircases and creating new entrance access and interior rooms.

This project was concerned with extending into the existing loft at roof level, to create a fourth bedroom, while also adding an extension at ground floor level, creating a garden/family room.
